It's a Sandra Hill after all. Great story, great characters and sections that will make you smile and/or laugh out loud. Love her style of writing and the stories she comes up with. This is another winner.

One of my wife's favorite authors
Fell in love with the Cajun series by Sandra Hill and was ecstatic to find that she branched out into additional stories with the Cajun characters plus the additional Jinx ones. The cave setting was interesting as well as the influence of Native American history.
I don't usually like repeating myself but if you want an entertaining read this book will certainly entertain you.. You fall in love with all the characters, especially the matriarch.
